I was thrilled with them. I had a couple quotes, and they were more than $4000 cheaper than the next guy. Though I was a little leary, they did a great job and did everything in just one day. The owner even stopped in during the job and after the job to make sure I was happy.

Would highly recommend this company.  Company removed old shingles from 3200 sq ft home and installed new shingles all in one day.  Price was very fair and work was all completed in one day.

I called up Bob from Total Concepts along with many other A rated companies on AngiesList.  He wasn't listed on here, but he lives in my neighborhood so it was worth getting an estimate for my roof.  After speaking with other A-rated companies and getting estimates, I ended up creating a spreadsheet to keep track of things such as Company Name, Angieslist Rating, Responsiveness, Knowledge of trade, Salesman Behavior, Followups, Quality of Product/Warranty, Price, and Additional needed services such as iceshield amounts.
After collecting all my data, I went with Bob and Total Concepts because they scored just as well as the A-rated Angieslist folks and he lived a few streets down from me so it was worth a shot.  After speaking with him for some time while signing the contract, both my wife and I were very pleased with how down to earth he was and we were happy to start our project with him.
Winter was fast approaching and we didn't know if we would be able to get our new roof installed before the first snow.  Bob was able to get a crew available on a Saturday morning the next week and they worked quick and the finished product looked great.
If there was any part of the process to critique, it would be that the cleanup could be a little better.  It was pretty good, however I did find nails on my driveway and parts of roofing material around my house even after the guys cleaned up.  Some of this could have blown off the roof, but still I wasn't 100% happy about it.
Overall, the price, people, and quality of work turned out to be a solid A-rated company!  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Total Construction to friends/neighbors in the future.
