I called him up to schedule an appointment, and he was out of town. He didn't want us to be without the A/C (considering how hot and humid it was), so he was ready to give us a referral to another company. He said he would be back in town for a Saturday morning appointment, so we opted to wait.
He gave us a call when he was in route Saturday morning, was on time for the appointment, friendly, and very professional. Chris went over the entire system to identify the issue and found it pretty quickly. Turns out it needed to be charged (?) / freon added. He was upfront about the cost to adding it prior to doing so, and he showed my husband the gauges after he was done. (Not necessary to do, but I appreciate that he was so upfront and honest through the whole process.) In less than an hour, we had cold air blowing again.
I would hire him again if ever needed, and I will be recommending him to ANYONE who has any issue with their A/C.

I placed a call on Friday evening because our A/C unit was not running and had not been for 3 days. Chris rearranged his service schedule as I am asthmatic and the humidity was really affecting my breathing, and he set us up for an appointment first thing Saturday morning. He was very apologetic that, given it was now after 9PM on a Friday evening, he was not able to make it out immediately. However, he called back shortly afterwards to walk us through a few things to see if we can get the unit operational. Unfortunately, it did not work so he came out Saturday to look at it.
He was prompt, friendly, professional, and courteous. In less than an hour, he had our unit running again. We decided that the thermostat would need to be changed out, and he offered to help my husband through over the phone if needed.
I will recommend him to anyone who is looking or in need of his services.
