The garage exterior needed to be painted. A painting contractor rubbed a lead-testing stick on a few paint chips and saw positive result. We found a few lead abatement contractors on the EPA website. Every contractor we met with seemed to be friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Work started a couple of days after we decided on ACROSS. Mr. Jerzy Pawlik, the owner, and his foreman did this by themselves. Laying down the huge plastic sheets took a while. They worked more than 10 hours that day to complete the work. The paint job looks fine from a distance. Close inspection showed some defects from old peeling paint not completely scraped off. The clean up was acceptable.
Description of Work: Scraped off peeling paint and painted garage exterior with premium exterior latex paint.
