Brian (owner) was prompt, pleasant, and got the job done quickly and for am extremely fair price! I would not hesitate to use him again for any locksmith needs...

It was easy to schedule within the same day without any additional charge for the urgency. They were professional and did a great job. It was easier and much quicker then I expected. The number of keys I requested were provided onsite so I didn't even have to make extra copies. They also told me how to reset my garage door opener due to concerns with access to my home.

Brian was knowledgeable, approachable and courteous. He explained everything well, and the pricing was right.

Brian was running a few minutes behind schedule, but called to let me know and make sure I still wanted him to come out; I really appreciated that courtesy call.  He arrived about 45 minutes later, explained what he needed to do and went right to work.  He also made a minor repair to the existing door lock and explained that the knob/lock should be replaced at some point due to wear (door gets very heavy use and existing knob/lock becoming very loose after 20 years).  Unfortunately he was out of stock for the existing brass color, but we've agreed that he will come back when his schedule permits to take care of replacing that unit as well.  The entire job took about an hour.
Brian is very professional and friendly, and it's my pleasure to submit this positive review. Yes, I will recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive, professional locksmith.

I had a very positive experience with Accurate Security and Lock. Brian showed up within the estimated service time and performed the work quickly and professionally. Brian explained additional security measures to consider but was not insistent or pushy. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something. Brian completed the work and billed me exactly as quoted. He cut 4 new keys (free) right on site! NO hidden charges! Brian informed me that he would return without charging for a service call if I wanted to upgrade or make any additional changes. Would definitely use again!

Brian got right down to business. Clearly on the ball and knew what to do. In hte matter of a few mere minutes voila the door was unlocked! Super nice fella. Very professional. I am one tough customer (seriously) and I can say Accurate is now our go to .
