Because of the shoddy work that was done the year before, we will have extra expenses to repair the damage. To add insult to injury, literally, the fact that the owner ignored our call and essentially does not take responsibility for the damage, makes this a company we want to warn others about.
Description of Work: My husband hired this company last year to service the lawn and to winterize the irrigation system before the first frost. The work was completed last year, but apparently there was still water left in the system because pipes and parts froze and resulted in broken heads/pipes. When my husband called Steve (the owner) to report the damage and to set up an appointment to repair the damage, the call was never returned.
