Then, they arrive and you meet often the owner. George, who has a command of multiple home expertise from cleaning ducts to cleaning rugs to restoring furnishings. He has endless experience with how to make what felt old and used feel fresh and new. His team gets what seems like time consuming jobs like years of accumulated lint cleaned in record time.
I have created a house maintenance list and have at least four categories that will have me call The Wiz Team on different schedule - annual, every three years - for further service. But even better, this personable and warm Company has a service that will keep me on their schedule list to help remind me when it is time to check my townhome's ducts or rugs or furnishings again.
George and his perfectly run Company are a refreshing team in literal and figurative sense - they offer service rare these days.

They have top of the line equipment that they maintain in excellent condition. Their trucks were spotless, and George explained the cleaning process they use after each job, which is important given the mold work they do.
They kept me up to date by phone when they were planning to stop by each day and were on time. George and Chris both were willing to answer any questions that I had and provided detailed information to me and treated me with great respect as a client.
They were both extremely personable.
They left the site as clean as possible - I was very impressed and pleased.
They did not clean the mastic off the ceramic tile of the entry, claiming that their "machines couldn't handle it.". They agreed to try again. The second attempt was no improvement. There apparently was no attempt to use chemicals or muscle power because I was later able to remove most of it using a product called Contractor's Solvent and a putty knife. This portion of the work was unacceptable.
I had asked if they could clean the ceramic tile in the small bathroom so that the grout and tile would look fresh and shiny. While they claimed they could do so, the result was no improvement. The floor was clean, but the grout was still nasty and there was no shine. The tech claimed the original grout was black--which I don't believe since the tile is white. They also claimed that using more force would have broken the tile, and that it was not appropriate to use a product to put a shine on it. I feel I was misled by their assurance that they could do what I wanted, and was disappointed with what appeared to be simply a routine washing of the bathroom tile floor.
While the tile floors in the other rooms were nice and shiny, there were areas that were not thoroughly cleaned, and the corners and under the edge of the kitchen cabinets were grungy. They did not clean the tile under the utility sink at all. They returned the next day, and while they claimed to have done further cleaning, I saw no evidence of improvement. They still did not clean the tile under the utility sink. The cleaning portion of the work was half-assed.
The floors in the bedroom and utility room where I had removed asbestos tile had not been sealed, nor were the edges of the kitchen floor where the baseboard shoes had been torn out. The tech said he was told to "seal the tile", whereas I had asked that they seal the entire floor surface. They returned the next day and satisfactorily completed the sealing.
They also cleaned all the vents and installed a deodorant dispenser in the air intake vent. The odor from the deodorant was very strong and nauseating. I asked if they could "tone it down", and they did so. The vent cleaning and deodorant were satisfactory. The cat odor was successfully dealt with, and after two months, I am confident that there is no trace remaining.
Since I intended to cover the floor with laminate flooring, I accepted the job and paid the invoice, but I was not pleased with the Wiz Team's work, given the high price of the job. The tech was aware of my unhappiness.
Wiz Team was punctual and responsive, except that the owner left on vacation after preparing the estimate and was not present when the work was done nor available for re-inspection following my complaints. Perhaps if he had been present he would agreed that the work was sub-standard and would have rectified it. I have since had the laminate flooring installed and have repainted the unit. At this juncture, I do not want any thing other than to express my displeasure.
"Upon the inspection of the house, we discovered that the above mentioned house had severe urine staining and urine odor. Also, Homeowner mentioned that she also had a mold issue from leaking windows in the bedrooms. We had agreed with the homeowner that we would perform the cleaning without a 100% guarantee due to the extreme urine and soil condition in the home. The kitchen was filthy, and severely neglected. So bad that the cabinet doors need to be replaced in the whole kitchen. She had mentioned that there was a buildup of food in the kitchen area around the base of the cabinets. We told her that we couldn’t go to heavy with the cleaning because we take the risk of destroying the cabinets. As for the asbestos tile, we had refused to do anything to the floor that may scratch or take pieces off the floor, because it is against the law. We had cleaned and sealed the tile to the best of our ability. The utility room was not estimated to be done at all. But we cleaned it anyways to the best of our ability. As for the Bathroom floor nothing possibly could be done more then what we had cleaned. The tile in the front entrance which was hidden under carpet had a lot of glue applied. We had cleaned it two times, and were originally told it didn’t need to be perfect since it was going to be covered up anyways with a new floor. We did not charge for cleaning of this floor. As far as the carpet goes, it was poorly installed to begin with. The homeowner was aware that after we were done cleaning that the carpet could possibly buckle. The musty smell was not coming from the carpet, it was coming from the wall underneath the window that was affected with mold from previous leaks. We believe that the biggest issue the homeowner had is the price, since she is not used to paying anyone to maintain her home on a regular basis. It is said that someone who is not used to maintenance and a clean environment had an opportunity to judge us and the quality of our work, for someone that does not do this type of cleaning for a living. Please look at our previous reviews, or the ones after this one. You will not find anything like this."
