Wiz Team has consistently provided extremely professional service at our home. in regards to the water damage situation, they arrived quickly to assess and address the problems thoroughly. Once assessed, the immediate problem of wet carpet and drywall removal was performed at once and completely, followed by anti-microbial cleaner application, and finally whole space dehumidification for consecutive days to ensure mold growth was inhibited. All throughout the process, George and his team took the time and devoted the energy to inform and educate us as to what was being done and why it was necessary. In addition, George's knowledge of water damage and its causes/effects helped us in deciding how to best remedy the problem and prevent future damage.

This Company is perfect. No other word describes their service. They fit you in in quick time. They come out to your home in advance of service to give you accurate and thoughtful cost of job to be performed. They call 1/2 hour without fail before arriving at your door for service. If you need to contact them in the process, your phone call is welcomed with warmth and focus.
Then, they arrive and you meet often the owner. George, who has a command of multiple home expertise from cleaning ducts to cleaning rugs to restoring furnishings. He has endless experience with how to make what felt old and used feel fresh and new. His team gets what seems like time consuming jobs like years of accumulated lint cleaned in record time.
I have created a house maintenance list and have at least four categories that will have me call The Wiz Team on different schedule - annual, every three years - for further service. But even better, this personable and warm Company has a service that will keep me on their schedule list to help remind me when it is time to check my townhome's ducts or rugs or furnishings again.

I frantically called Wiz Team because my dog had some accidents on my area rug in our family room. George was at my home within 3hrs of calling Wiz Team. He cleaned, sanitized, and provided a protective covering on our area rug. It was a job well done and the response time was amazing as we were in a bit of a dire situation. Wiz Team is a bit pricey, but the customer service, professionalism, and promptness made it well worth the money.

They are a little pricey. They do a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets, and they also make sure they are dry. I have been using them for probably 8-9 years. I actually heard a presentation from him in my real estate office and that is why I started using him.

We moved into our house in July of 2011 and being that I have severe allergies we decided to have the air ducts throughout the house cleaned because there was no record of it ever being done. It was a precaution just in case there were pets in the house previously. George and the team were super nice! On time and did a great job answering all my questions and even provide an on the spot estimate for hard wood floor cleaning and 20 foot long drapes. The were booties and returned everything to original condition when completed. There was no mess and there equipment seemed top notch. I would totally hire Wiz Team again.

The tile looks amazing - like new and the sofa (it's 35 years old and likely never cleaned) looks beautiful. They were prompt, thorough and professional. HIGHLY recommend!

It was a very smooth process, they were extremely efficient, and it took exactly the amount of time George said it would take.
They have top of the line equipment that they maintain in excellent condition. Their trucks were spotless, and George explained the cleaning process they use after each job, which is important given the mold work they do.
They kept me up to date by phone when they were planning to stop by each day and were on time. George and Chris both were willing to answer any questions that I had and provided detailed information to me and treated me with great respect as a client.
They were both extremely personable.
They left the site as clean as possible - I was very impressed and pleased.

It took three men two days to go over every surface of the house. They worked very carefully vacuuming, cleaning, and washing every surface of the home and accessories.

We were withoug power when we discovered our finished basement was wet. I called the Wiz Team and got a call back right away. A crew was sent to extract the water which was all they could do without power. They came the same day I called. We had power the next day and even though it was Sunday, the team returned to remove the carpet and put in blowers to dry up the basement. George came every day to check the progress. After three days the fans were removed.

We were on vacation when we flooded and need fast assistance. They responded in a very timely fashion and were very courteous. After the initial assessment, they removed to old carpet and setup drying equipment. They returned every day to monitor and adjust the equipment. They were always willing to show us the results of their moisture testing. The service was not cheap but we have high confidence that it was done correctly and efficiently

I vacated the townhouse while work was being done. When I returned the next day, I was disappointed with the results. The carpet was not very clean and was bubbled in one area. I could still smell a musty odor. They agreed to redo it. The second cleaning was satisfactory.
They did not clean the mastic off the ceramic tile of the entry, claiming that their "machines couldn't handle it.". They agreed to try again. The second attempt was no improvement. There apparently was no attempt to use chemicals or muscle power because I was later able to remove most of it using a product called Contractor's Solvent and a putty knife. This portion of the work was unacceptable.
I had asked if they could clean the ceramic tile in the small bathroom so that the grout and tile would look fresh and shiny. While they claimed they could do so, the result was no improvement. The floor was clean, but the grout was still nasty and there was no shine. The tech claimed the original grout was black--which I don't believe since the tile is white. They also claimed that using more force would have broken the tile, and that it was not appropriate to use a product to put a shine on it. I feel I was misled by their assurance that they could do what I wanted, and was disappointed with what appeared to be simply a routine washing of the bathroom tile floor.
While the tile floors in the other rooms were nice and shiny, there were areas that were not thoroughly cleaned, and the corners and under the edge of the kitchen cabinets were grungy. They did not clean the tile under the utility sink at all. They returned the next day, and while they claimed to have done further cleaning, I saw no evidence of improvement. They still did not clean the tile under the utility sink. The cleaning portion of the work was half-assed.
The floors in the bedroom and utility room where I had removed asbestos tile had not been sealed, nor were the edges of the kitchen floor where the baseboard shoes had been torn out. The tech said he was told to "seal the tile", whereas I had asked that they seal the entire floor surface. They returned the next day and satisfactorily completed the sealing.
They also cleaned all the vents and installed a deodorant dispenser in the air intake vent. The odor from the deodorant was very strong and nauseating. I asked if they could "tone it down", and they did so. The vent cleaning and deodorant were satisfactory. The cat odor was successfully dealt with, and after two months, I am confident that there is no trace remaining.
Since I intended to cover the floor with laminate flooring, I accepted the job and paid the invoice, but I was not pleased with the Wiz Team's work, given the high price of the job. The tech was aware of my unhappiness.
Wiz Team was punctual and responsive, except that the owner left on vacation after preparing the estimate and was not present when the work was done nor available for re-inspection following my complaints. Perhaps if he had been present he would agreed that the work was sub-standard and would have rectified it. I have since had the laminate flooring installed and have repainted the unit. At this juncture, I do not want any thing other than to express my displeasure.

"Upon the inspection of the house, we discovered that the above mentioned house had severe urine staining and urine odor. Also, Homeowner mentioned that she also had a mold issue from leaking windows in the bedrooms. We had agreed with the homeowner that we would perform the cleaning without a 100% guarantee due to the extreme urine and soil condition in the home. The kitchen was filthy, and severely neglected. So bad that the cabinet doors need to be replaced in the whole kitchen. She had mentioned that there was a buildup of food in the kitchen area around the base of the cabinets. We told her that we couldn’t go to heavy with the cleaning because we take the risk of destroying the cabinets. As for the asbestos tile, we had refused to do anything to the floor that may scratch or take pieces off the floor, because it is against the law. We had cleaned and sealed the tile to the best of our ability. The utility room was not estimated to be done at all. But we cleaned it anyways to the best of our ability. As for the Bathroom floor nothing possibly could be done more then what we had cleaned. The tile in the front entrance which was hidden under carpet had a lot of glue applied. We had cleaned it two times, and were originally told it didn’t need to be perfect since it was going to be covered up anyways with a new floor. We did not charge for cleaning of this floor. As far as the carpet goes, it was poorly installed to begin with. The homeowner was aware that after we were done cleaning that the carpet could possibly buckle. The musty smell was not coming from the carpet, it was coming from the wall underneath the window that was affected with mold from previous leaks. We believe that the biggest issue the homeowner had is the price, since she is not used to paying anyone to maintain her home on a regular basis. It is said that someone who is not used to maintenance and a clean environment had an opportunity to judge us and the quality of our work, for someone that does not do this type of cleaning for a living. Please look at our previous reviews, or the ones after this one. You will not find anything like this."

The job went great. They were pretty informative and they let us know how everything was and they let us know how stuff was done step by step. I was pretty impressed. They gave a lot more information than I thought. Their price was pretty good. I kind of shopped on the internet and the average price was close to what they charged us. Their quality was great and I felt they went above and beyond the service that was needed. They were prompt and on time. They were on time, they had an arrival window and they came within that time.

The guy who showed up to give the estimate (I think he was one of the owners) was really enthusiastic about his work. He taught me a lot about carpet cleaning in general and cat urine in particular. He offered many additional services, but didn't hard sell anything. We decided to get the air ducts cleaned while we were getting the carpets cleaned because they hadn't been done for over eight years. The guys came on time. They were freindly and polite and they worked fast with no breaks that I saw until they were done. They did a great job and they'll be the company I call the next time we need the carpets cleaned.

Went very well. They were very up front that the dog puke stain is particulary hard to come out due to food dyes in most dog foods but the technician was able to get the couch completely clean in about an hour's time. They also charged me the amount they quoted me.

Our dog had an accident at home while we were at work, and lost an eye. This left a significant blood trail all over the bedroom. In addition, we were not able to pay attention to the stain right away as we had to tend to the dog. We were well aware that the stain might not come up, but we wanted the Wiz Team to try. When we called they came out same day. Carpet looked great. Hours later as it dried we were dismayed to find the stain reappeared (it had resurfaced). Before we even had a chance to call and ask if they had any further suggestions, they called to find out how it looked. They knew the resurfacing could happen, so they called us to make sure it was still clean. When we told them it had resurfaced, they came out a 2nd time, that day, and it looks great. No extra charge. They didn't make any promises about getting the dried blood out, but they gave it a 110% and it worked. I couldn't have been happier with the service, the promptness, or the end result. Especially considering this was an extremely difficult mess to clean.
