MIKE WAS GREAT. HE CAME UP WITH A CREATIVE WAY TO ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE MY NEW HOME PRIOR TO THE SALE OF MY OLD ONE - BY DOING AN 80% MORTGAGE AND 10% LINE OF CREDIT ON THE NEW HOME, PLUS A 10% LINE OF CREDIT ON THE OLD ONE. THEY KEPT ME POSTED ON RATE CHANGES AND THE TITLE COMPANIES' PROGRESS. UNFORTUNATELY, THE TITLE COMPANY DID NOT GET US A FINAL AMOUNT TO BRING TO CLOSING IN TIME - BUT AT LEAST MY LENDER LET ME KNOW THAT (ALTHOUGH THEY DIDN'T OFFER A SOLUTION). I'VE USED WELLS FARGO FOR TWO NEW PURCHASE MORTGAGES AND SEVERAL REFINANCES IN THE PAST, AND AM USUALLY PLEASED - ALTHOUGH I'VE HAD MORE SUCCESS DEALING WITH A ''REAL PERSON'' RATHER THAN CALLING THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS OR USING THEIR WEB SITE.
