Run, do not walk from this service. I have hired them three times. The first time I cancelled my tree and bush service because I was unhappy with the service. I still had lawn care. I called and ordered the more expensive "non poisonous" care for the lawn. After two years when I was having weeds in my lawn, I found out that the natural lawn service i was paying more money for was the same fertilizer I was getting previously, but the weed control was removed from the formula. No natural weed control was added. So For two plus years I paid more money for a service that was less than I had previously. last year, because I was having a problem with apple scab and spider mites, I signed up again after a salesman came out to the house. I had two problems, spider mites and apple scab. I just returned from treatment in Germany and noticed I had something eating my roses and walking stick trees, and all of my apple trees had apple scab again. After contacting the company, the technician came out and told me my service doesnt cover apple scab; he wasn't spraying my trees for spider mites yet since they haven't seen any; and finally a tree had fallen down in my yard that was full of ants, and even though my service was insect and disease control in my trees, they didnt cover taking care of ants. I have cancelled my service and after THREE BAD EXPERIENCES, they will never get my service again. I would advise anyone considering them to find a local company to hire. Do not let the low cost of Trugreen crowd your judgement. Trust the statement "you pay for what you get."
