Joe was a great asset in our search, and provided very valuable insight and expertise during the process. We looked at homes with him on about 6 different days, perhaps more. We had him showing us places all over Chicagoland, including about 4 different neighborhoods in the city, Oak Park, Forest Park, and finally Elmhurst, where we bought. He created tailored searches for us to use from the Multi Listing Search database (the MLS), and then offered us comparable sales info from the MLS sales records. He was a huge help with our offer process and subsequent negotiations. He was incredibly responsive, usually responding to ALL emails and phone calls within the hour, and in no instance later than 4 hours, and was always willing to talk, even at 9:30 on one Sunday night! He came to our home inspection and the closing, and in general was always there for us when we wanted him to be. He was planning to be at the final walk through with us, but we ended up changing our schedule on him, and told him we were fine doing it alone. We closed on Friday the 6th, and when we showed up at our house, there was a bottle of champagne and thank you card from Joe waiting for us in the fridge! I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking for a home in the Chicagoland area.
