+ 0 morePhil did a great job. He was very easy to work with in terms of suggesting ideas to improve the space, as well as listening to our ideas. He always showed up when he said he would, we were very comfortable having him in the house, and he was fairly accurate with his timeline estimates. We ran into a couple of things that were out of scope of the original estimate, either due to unforeseen complications or us changing our minds. He was very timely in providing change orders that detailed the increased costs. We would gladly use him in the future.
Description of Work: Remodel original master bathroom from 1985. Phil demolished the existing bathroom. Structurally, he vaulted the ceiling to lend a more open feel and he bumped out the entry wall slightly to provide a better flow. He installed new plumbing, new cabinets, new sinks, new electrical outlets, new lighting, new ventilation, new tile floor, granite countertops, and new claw foot tub, and beautiful new shower w/ body sprays and rain head.
