The quality of the work is excellent but the communication and the project manager was extremely poor. He left me without answers for days and I was the one that cleaned up the project site on a weekly basis. I was too involved in managing the project when it should have Ben their responsibility. For an example, I often had to put together a punch list of things that were not done yet, presented it to them, and then was constantly checking back with them to check the status of the work. When they finally got around to doing the things on that list, it was not done to my satisfaction. This company is very unresponsive and took them days to return phone calls.
