+ 3 moreI couldn't have found a better contractor! I met this builder in his model home in the next subdivision from us. He (Curtis) is the son of the owner and him and his father run the company. I was surprised to actually meet one of the owners in the model home on Sunday but I am so blessed that we did. We were about to hire another builder when we first met Curtis. We talked for a long time and he showed me the quality of the model home. He told me how they have been in business over 20 years and still have most of the same people working for them which I felt was a good sign. He gave me a book of letters from past clients and told me to call anyone I liked. When I got home I called 3 people in the book and they all had only positive things to say...that they stayed in budget, were on time, great quality, and most important to me is that everyone said that they had great follow up after the project was complete. So, we hired EMPECO and now I too am one of the happy clients!
Description of Work: Total remodel of our kitchen with an addition and a new family room and master bedroom. We lived in the home while they did the remodel and everyone was very respectful of our safety and privacy the entire project. All of their standards were brand names with great quality (Woodmode cabinets, Kohler plumbing, Pella windows) so we didn't feel like they nickel and dimmed us in upgrades. They finished only three days late and were UNDER budget (only by $300 but everyone said we would go way over our budget). I couldn't be happier with Mark and Curtis. They really handled everything and checked up on us every couple weeks to make sure everything was okay. Mark even sent me flowers on my birthday! This was a big job and everyone said we were crazy for staying in the house, but it all worked out perfectly.
