Architectural Service
The project got off to a good start - and they were very professional initially. That was until Mr. Dobbins decided to backtrack on contractual commitments that were made, and he did not have the follow through the complete the work and abandoned the project. I would not recommend them for future work. Even though they did not complete the project, and as per the contract and I was entitled to withhold payment, he still proceeded to file a lien which I paid because i have more important things to do with my time, it was low though. There are many other trustworthy vendors I would recommend before the Dobbins Group. I'm trying to be kind in this posting - while maintaining a certain level of integrity, I can and probably should be a lot meaner but will refrain for the sake of professionalism.
