except to say that when he tried to wind it , the spring broke! But never did he imply that the price would go up that much!!! I was very disappointed in this local business. I will NEVER go in again, and I will tell everyone I can, to stay away!! There is a different clock shop in Lake Forest, I think it is called Heritage Clocks. I have used them before with vey positive results...I was just trying to use a local guy...bad decision!

The technician was prompt and very professional! The work was completed quickly and efficiently and very reasonably priced. This was a clock that was in our family for quite some time and he knew exactly what to do and also gave us some great advice. We will certainly use this company again!
