They're top notch - first class. They're the best around. They've got a great showroom & a great collection. They've also great service & really take care of you.

It was a terrible experience. We bought a very nice sofa from them that came with a defect that they refuse to acknowledge. We have had two independent appraisers inspect the sofa, and they agreed that there was a defect. Britt Carter and Co still refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem. I feel that they have lied to me and cheated me. Avoid this company at all costs. They have tried to place the blame on the manufacturer. They finally agreed to replace the cushion. They sent me a new cushion in the mail, but have refused to install it. It is huge and very. I have tried repeatedly to work with them to have this installed, however the owner Rob Price refuses. I cannot install the cushion myself and am very upset over their repeated refusal.
