It's the fourth time I have hired Jim to work on tile projects in my house..
His work is meticulous. In fact, two projects he did over ten years ago: tile in a bathroom, and tile for a back-splash in a kitchen, look as though they were installed yesterday!
He is extremely professional, has great judgement as well as being polite, and punctual. I have total trust in him.
