Sidney's Services Unlimited

This is the third year I've used Sidney's Services for snow removal. I signed a contract in early November for the first 6 plows at $90 and $15 each additional plow for the winter of 2015-2016. They have always done a good job in previous years but the first snowplow near the end of November 2015 was not done very well and the driver left a lot of thick snow & ice covering most my driveway. He was obviously in a hurry. I called Sidney's to tell them it was not safe to walk on my driveway and sent them a photo. They were very apologetic on the phone and said they would send someone out to take care of it. Within about an hour another snowplow came and cleared all the snow & ice at no charge. I was very pleased with their response and prompt service.

They damaged the door and installed them incorrectly. When the painters came they refused to paint them because they were installed wrong and un-paintable. I counted 19 mistakes including the tracking and hinges. It was a nightmare. I called them and they were very defensive and they refused to come back out. I settled with the BBB for $100.

They come weekly to clean the house. They are always on time and really responsive to any kind of requests you have. They have a supervisor whom you can always call. They are very quiet. They are a little expensive, but their quality is good.

I am using Sidney's now on a weekly basis for routine cleaning.

The service was satisfactory. They were not as detail oriented as we would like for them to be. They didn't clean up well after themselves. We had to call them back because they missed a few places. We thought the price was a little high.

ARRANGING THE APPOINTMENT WITH WENDY WAS CONVENIENT, FAST, AND PLEASANT. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN CAME PROMPTLY, HE FIXED SEVERAL THINGS BUT HAD TO RESEARCH SOMETHING FOR AN OLD PRINT SHARING DEVICE HE HAD. HE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY, AT NO CHARGE, AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR. HE ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS, WAS CAREFUL WITH OUR TIME, AND CLEANED UP AND ORGANIZED THE WORK AREA BEFORE HE LEFT. USUALLY, WE USE LOEWY CONSULTING BUT HE WAS OUT-OF-TOWN; LOEWY IS A ONE-MAN ORGANIZATION; THAT'S NICE BUT INCONVENIENT WHEN HE IS ON VACATION FOR 3 WEEKS. SIDNEY SYSTEMS SUPPORT GROUP DID A GREAT JOB FOR US.

TOOK 5 1/2 HOURS. DAMAGED THE DOOR. THERE ARE 19 DIFFERENT THINGS WRONG INCLUDING PUTTING THE HINGES ON INCORRECTLY
