The work was shoddy. Paint on the shutters peeled after 3 months. After repeated requests the company eventually redid the work, but the paint is streaky and the wrong color. Paint on the garage door also peeled off, because they hadn't sanded it first. Eric Kaefer, the owner, said that sanding before painting was extra cost over his quote. (!) Some of the tuckpointing has crumbled. They were unresponsive, repeatedly missed appointments, delayed work, didn't replace window and door fittings, repeatedly tried to add on extra charges. This is a short version of a long, unhappy experience.
