They gave me a free loaner. It was efficient and they were cooperative. They could have done it a little faster.

Knauz BMW was more responsive and friendly, willing to talk about pricing. Whereas Fields and Perillo were kind of stuck up and didn't want to negotiate, and just over all rude. Fields and Perillo's responsiveness wasn't the best. Fields and Perillo also gave a really bad value on our car that we traded in. Whereas Knauz gave the best value and were by far the closest to what we saw online that our car was worth - and then when we got it priced at CarMax, they actually beat the price. I highly recommend you work with Bob Geisheker, he was the nicest Sales person we've ever worked with.

Customer service with them is always great. Scheduling is pretty good. They do offer loaner cars. It is best to schedule at least a week in advance.

I go to them because they use original parts and they are convenient to where I live.

Very fast service. You drive in and are immediately take care of. They have your loaner car ready for you to go. Service was quick and efficient.

What I have found is that Knauz presents their pre driven vehicles in as good a condition that is possible and prices the vehicle fairly and according to the condition. The dealer seems to be very particular with which vehicles they put on the main lot (there is another Knauz location further north on 41 that has similar vehicles with more miles and may not be certified). We have purchase a few pre owned certified cars from Knauz and have been very satisfied with the whole transaction. I don't really enjoy shopping for cars and we prefer to purchase certified preowned because of the price and value. So I appreciate the care they put into the presentation of their pre owned vehicles unlike other dealers who wait for you to notice the chip in the paint or some thing missing, and then put it on the list to fix or negotiate with you.

Everything about Knauz is really quite good. The pricing is just far too expensive.
Estimates are timely and accurate and the work performed has always been exemplary. Service staff and reception are always pleasant and helpful. Loaners are great and always newer and clean, and the car is always ready as promised.
If you are under warranty it is tough to find a better dealer. Once out, you may way to consider options.

The process was painless, I was able to do the negotiating over the phone which made the process easy. When I went in to the dealership to pick up the car it was quick and easy. They didnt try and upsell me like most dealers do. Over all the best new car purchase experience Ive had to date.

The service is great, but the office receptionist isn't the best.
