DEMARI HOMES

We have been very happy with Demari Development. They oversaw the design and completely built a new home for us. We chose Demari because they are budget minded, conscientious, professional, and most importantly produce a high quality product. They worked diligently to build us the highest quality home within our budget. The entire process from planning (including land acquisition, architecture, and permits) to move in took 17 months. Delilah was readily accessible through the entire 17 month process and continues to be. Delilah scheduled and attended all meetings with us to choose items for our house (masonry, roofing, plumbing, paint, cabinetry, lighting, etc.). Rick was very hands on during the planning process, but left most of the day to day building issues to the foreman, Chad. Chad was and continues to be accessible. The only negatives to Demari are: the architect they recommended and we used was painfully slow and very expensive (although we now love the design of our house) and the follow through of punch list items has been slow. Those items being said, if we were to build another home, we would not hesitate to use Demari again. I don't think we'd even bother to interview other builders.

This company did very disappointing work. They lacked integrity and their work was erratically uneven. I was not happy with the work this company did on our addition.
