I bought a new printer for my computer and was having trouble setting it up as a wireless printer. I called Lori because her company was listed on Angies's list and was close to me. She came over and looked at what I had set up, fixed it, told me what she did and had it running in a flash. I highly recommend her!

Upon reaching out I received a call within 1 hour, on the weekend! Despite some delays during their day, the staff at Computer Concepts was VERY communicative and I never felt left in the dark on ETAs, etc. Lori and Bill from computer concepts came out the following week and were extremely helpful. They not only have my iMac up and running, I received advice and help with my wireless printing, Apple TV, and other technology they asked about. They definitely leveraged the entire time they worked with us to help us with our iMac and MORE. We have future upgrades to our home environment planned, and will definitely reach out to CC for our needs!
