I was contacted very quickly, told Eric what was required and received a quote. We accepted the quote, but when it came to doing the work, painting wasn t included, only staining in the price quoted even though we discussed it and 2 samples were provided when we started the job (one for paint and one for stain)The job was done over the course of weeks rather than days. We ended up painting ourselves. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect. I would not recommend.

They were not able to arrive when requested but they were great with communication to let me know they would be late. Unfortunately one of my artwork pieces was ruined when it was put up and you can see the anchor sticking out on the left.
