2nd time had this problem - 2nd time repaired freezer drawer heater kit replaced. First kit lasted 3 years and hopefully second will last longer but still much cheaper than replacing Sub Zero

Jason not only provided a convenient time frame within which he would arrive, but also phoned ahead to confirm when he was on the way. He quickly determined that the main control thermostat was no longer working and provided an estimate of the cost to replace it. On Friday, April 18, he returned to install it, and the unit is now working properly at a far lower cost than the purchase of a new model.
I also agreed for him to blow the dust from the condenser coils of both the bar unit and the main Sub-Zero refrigerator in the kitchen. He accomplished both of these cleanings very neatly and efficiently, and I will not hesitate to call on him again. I was very pleased with his polite attitude and the quality of the services he provided.

He's very honest and thorough, and I've always been impressed with him each time I've used him. Highly recommended!

I believe I answered this question in the above response. We have dealt with this company for many, many years; we have been consistently satisfied with the service and consider Jason, the young man running the business, as a thorough professional and a delight to work with on all our matters.

How nice to have an intelligent and nice person show up on time and explain the problem so I could understand it and fix it all in 30 minutes! Jason was great very professional, knowledgeable and courteous . His card is front and center if I have any more sub- zero issues.

We have used Air Kool for many years, and have purchased new furnaces from them, which they have installed. We use them to clean and adjust the ac in the spring and the furnaces/humidifers in the winters. In the past we have also used them to service our Sub Zero refrigerator. They have always been on time, professional in all matters, and clean in work habits. I cannot comment on the cost of their work versus others, as we no longer ask them for an estimate, and do not contact others for estimate. We are satisfied with Air Kool.

It went very good using their services. This was the first time I had used their services. They came on time to do the work for me. The owner Jason actually fit me in to their appointments so I could have to work done as soon as possible. They explained the work well to me before starting it.

I'm unable to find my invoice and I don't remember how much they charged. I did get a quote from Air-Kool and another company and I went with Air-Kool because they were cheaper than the other company. I didn't think that they were really expensive, but they did good work.
