Also would give a zero if I could. I rarely give reviews but this one was so bad that if I didn't warn people it would be a public disservice. I purchased an automower for my mother during the pandemic 2 years ago and it has only been usefully running 3 months out of the two years. I had it professionally installed and it was filling up with water. Initially they said that it was because of some water accumulation on the side of the house then he said my mothers gutters weren't clean. Now I have a $3000 piece of junk along with several hundred dollars of repairs. They still have my mower and stopped returning my calls. It's been 9 months.

18 year old Baker/Simplicity 2/10 electric leaf shredder did not have much suction and was beginning to get clogged frequently.  Upon inspection, it appeared the router wings had broken off.  Also, the triangular blades seemed dull.  The manufacturer's website lists this company as an authorized repair shop, even though they do not sell leaf shredders. After confirming they would repai, I took the machine in and provided the issues and what I believed needed to be done. The person at the counter looked at the machine and seemed knowledgeable.  A number of weeks later, service was completed.  They replaced the router and rotated the triangular blades, and the machine now works fine.
A small communication occurred during the weeks awaiting repair, as when they called back with the estimate, they hadn't to seem to look at the notes that were written on the ticket as to what needed to be done and they addressed only on of the three issues.  However, after getting them to understand, the repair went well.

Brought the machine in last fall. Had to wait two weeks for parts. When we got the machine back the belt broke again. We had to haul it back, wait for more parts, and haul it home. Then this summer the mower deck belt popped off. I found it was because of the same worn pulley that they reinstalled but didn't replace last year. Last week the main belt broke again. The belt the ordered me this time was the same part number as the old one, but it didn't fit properly. Turns out they had installed the wrong belt each time. So today I went back and all they had was a generic belt. It STILL doesn't fit right, but I had no choice other than to use it to harvest my lawn. Now they want me to pay a third time to get the right belt.

It was almost impossible to get them to call us back after the purchase was made--I had to call eight times in 3 days to get a response. Maintenance work took much longer than they said it would (whenever they say they have to order a part, it takes a very long time--you get the feeling they keep forgetting to order it). They also never filed our warranty for the mower, so we wouldn't have had the coverage had something gone wrong.

THEY FOUND OUT AFTER DOING THE REPAIRS THAT THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A BATTERY AND CHARGE IT FOR 72 HOURS. I THOUGHT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING THEY TESTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE JOB. THEN WE BROUGHT OUR OLDER RIDING LAWN MOWER IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY TOLD US THEY COULD REPAIR IT. 5 WEEKS LATER WE HAVE NO LAWN MOWER BECAUSE THEY BROKE THE BOLT THAT HOLDS THE BLADES ON AND CAN'T FIND A REPLACEMENT. THEY TOOK 3 WEEKS TO REPAIR THE ENGINE WHICH AGAIN WAS PROMISED IN 2 WEEKS AND THEN HAVE SUPPOSEDLY SPENT THE LAST 2 WEEKS LOOKING FOR A BOLT. WHEN I ASKED WHAT THEY EXPECTED US TO DO THEY SAID TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR THEM TO LOOK FOR A BOLT. BY THAT TIME WE'LL BE 7 WEEKS INTO THE MOWING SEASON. WE HAVE HAD TO CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS OF OUR REPAIRS AND TO ASK IF THE JOBS ARE COMPLETED. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED.
