He started cutting in the paneled wall of the garage, then decided to just mount in off to the side leaving the wall open. It was a hack job, he poked a hole through the new box, said he would return with "blanks" to fill holes, he never returned, and would not return my calls.

This man started cutting into my garage wall  because the new box was larger (it was old paneling on the walls ) I went in the house to let him do his job.  When I came back out I see that he had mounted the new box ON the wall, not in the wall. He left a big open hole around 2 sides of the box with splintered paneling and insulation falling out.  The box is on the wall but its kind of just hanging there: it's not mounted down.  Not the professional look wanted or expected. He told me he couldn't cut through the panel and that there wasn't any other way for him to install the box and this was all he could do.  He also broke a few of the blank circuits open and said he would return with some blanks to put back in the openings: he has never returned and not answered the messages that I left on his machine.
