As always, Quality work; which is WHY we keep contracting with them, even though our initial project of our beautiful custom built "retirement" home was complete for occupancy in May of 1998.
Each project; large or small; has been done exellently; with all our suggestions, wants and needs considered and always done to our great satisfaction. Their professionalism is matched by their cheerful personalities which makes them MOST desired and easy to work with for doing any projects within their realm of expertise!

Bleck Builders presented a few different choices on a handrail to be installed on the brick wall of our front porch. We chose our favorite, and they installed same IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, and, as always, cleaned the area afterwards; leaving us with a much safer way to ascend our front porch, since we ARE senior citizens.
They also installed a gutter cover, at the same time; which we sorely needed. ALL done efficiently, professionally, and in a most friendly manner.
Mr. Bleck and his crew built this, our retirement home (and DREAM home) in 1999; and has, since that time repaired any things that have come up -- in their same GREAT manner! Their pricing, we feel; is always fair; and they are consistently pleasant to work with!
We found Mr. Bleck to be extremely attentive -- listens to our "wants", and often, most creatively solves and provides solutions to any dilemmas. They are excellent custom builders, who always come up with outstanding solutions!

Very knowledgable builder. I really like that he cleaned up extremely well when we visited the home. Therefore we could see what the finished product would look like. Paul is very thoughtful and creative and I highly reccomend him. He is excellent with his follow up as well.
