I had a brake line break on the rear axcle.  The guys got in and got it done right away.  I took it home lost fluid in the master cylinder and the brake light came on.  I added brake fluid but the light remained on. Contacted Mike he got in right away and corrected the problem.

Fast service. Drove me back to work after dropping off the truck.

We were returning from a vacation/personal trip with our fifth wheel trailer and discovered a nail in one of the trailer's four tires while adding air at the Utica, Illinois' Love's Truck Stop.  We were at a loss as to where we might have the tire fixed.  After traveling as far East as Ottawa, Illinois, we turned back West on US 6 and proceeded to search on surface roads for a RV dealership or tire dealership to meet our need. 
While visually searching, my wife was on her cell phone, talking to one of my sons in Wisconsin.  She was having him Google 'tire repair' in the Peru/LaSalle, Illinois area.  We were having little success until almost at the exact moment we viewed the Big Boys Tire & Service sign above their shop, my son spoke the address of the same shop he found during his Internet search.   It was a MIRACLE to us, call it what you may!
As noted in the above narrative, we had minimum down time and through the efforts of Ryan and his crew, we arrived home in Wisconsin without any further tire problems.  I heartily RECOMMEND the service and technicians at Big Boys Tire & Service.  The whole experience from start to finish was amazing.

We were traveling from Wisconsin to Tennessee, which is about a twelve=hour drive.  Just outside of La Salle, Illinois we  suddenly heard a beep from the car, and on the dashboard was the message, "Check Charging System."  The message went away, but it came on again within minutes.  
We were a long way from home, it was about 100 degrees outside, and we didn't want to risk having to wait by the side of the road for help.  So we decided to pull off the highway at the next town to get it checked.  A passerby directed us to Big Boys Tires & Service, which was right on the main street of town.  
We pulled up to their service entrance, and Ronnie came out to help us. He got right on it and diagnosed the problem quickly.  He gave us an estimate, which sounded reasonable to us, and said that although they were really busy that day, he would put someone on it as soon as he could.
He drove us to a local fast food restaurant so we could wait in an air-conditioned place, and he came to pick us up when it was done.  We were expecting to have to wait about three hours for them to get the part and to be able to put someone on the job, but the whole process took only a little over an hour.
Hopefully we'll never have to use them again, but anyone who is considering using them should know that they are reasonable, fast, and extremely courteous.  We can't recommend them highly enough!

Car was making a clunking sound took the car to the shop asked them to look at it and tell me whats wrong.They said its the driveshaf and it will cost 175.00 i said ok fix it.I go go there the next day to pick it up.Now they say it will cost 200.00 he did'nt add the labor to the cost ok i paid it.I get into my car and drive and its like they didnt fix anything the same sound is coming from my car.So i get home and call him and tell him the sound is still there.He says i cant look at it now.Ok now i feel like i just paid someone 200 buck for nothing.I dont have alot of money so why would i want to fix something that doesnt need fixing.Its just terriable no one should ever use big boys tires service and auto shop.
