remodeling
 + -1 moreThis was the contractor who initially remodeled the home. He gave a bid we we accepted and paid him a $685.00 deposit for materials. This was prior to Thanksgiving 2006. It has now been a year and in that time a man showed up in August cut out some of the rotted wood, left some trim pieces laying on the porch and never returned. Phone calls are not returned, and if I ever do catch him on the phone he explains that he is sorry and is working on getting things together.
Description of Work: Contractor was to have fixed my porch. Wood was rotting and needed to be replaced, and painted.
