It went very well.  Work was completely quickly.

Mr. Beausoleil apologized because he had forgotten to return a previous phone call of mine after which I gave him a bad review in this very forum. Apology accepted.

The work went fine. Mr. Beausoleil was reluctant to install a larger gutter above the back porch fearing that this might be too much to fix a small problem. I appreciate the concern and the honesty. 

He also spent time showing me different options to prevent debris from clogging the front gutters and explaining the pros and cons of each one.

Lowest price out of three proposals. Prompt, excellent work. Took extra time to work on some damaged shingles to make garage look fantastic. Took care not to damage plants. HIGHLY recommended.

It went very well. He did not try to sell me things that I didn't need. He explained everything in detail, and offered helpful suggestions in order to save me money. He was polite and efficient.

Bruce was able to give us an estimate within a few days of calling. We then asked him if he could inspect our gutters to see which sections needed gutter guards. He told us that most of the gutters were clean so we just went with sections that we had known to get clogged with leaves. He installed gutter screens on the gutters which looked great. The workmanship was excellent and he did the work within a week even though it wasn't a big job. Their price was very reasonable and we would use him again!

Bruce was honest and told me to keep the existing wood gutter on the front of my house so it didn't ruin the look of the 100 year old house. He came up up with a creative solution at a reasonable price.

Everything went well from the first contact until the job was done. It was a pleasure to do business with an owner that returned calls, provided a written estimate and gave me an honest estimate as to when he could do the job. Bruce took the time to explain things and answer my questions. A quality job was done at a reasonable price.

Very well. We found an even better solution to the downspout relocation issue. Bruce was flexible and creative.

Bruce was great. He came over within a couple of days. He re-attached the garage gutter and inspected it as well for any other problems.

Bruce was very pleasant to work with. He was dependable and knowledgeable. I left a message on his answering machine and he called me within 24 hours. He met with my babysitter and then called me to clarify what he thought would solve my problem. He began work on the project immediately (even though it was beginning to rain) because he was afraid that the gutter "goop" would freeze with the projected cold weather. He then came the next morning to replace a downspout that he wanted to show me and explain why it should be replaced in person. Bruce has a very easy manner. He is reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with.

Downspouts originally routed into city sewer system. Bruce replaced and rerouted them to drain away from the house. Worked w/ slightly challenging layout. Was prompt and honest. Attentive to detail. Came back after initial appraisal during the day to match color correctly. Gave suggestions regarding placement to avoid damage of downspout extension. Overall very pleased w/ work and I would definitely call him again with other needs.
