Steve Jasinski - Baird & Warner

I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Steve! We were relocating out to the near west suburbs from the city. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but Steve's knowledge and familiarity with the areas and schools really helped us narrow it down and focus on 2 school districts in particular. Steve was always very honest about the homes he showed us. Our budget was modest, so it took a lot of weekends searching, and a lot of negotiating! Steve was always actively working for us-there were times during the negotiation process that he would call us (or vice versa) at 10:00pm at our request!  Through it all, we really felt that Steve had a genuine care and concern about our family and what we were getting in to.  And once the transaction closed, Steve was *still* there and available to us. He helped us out of a terrible situation with our movers, who left many of our belongings behind at our old home.  Steve made the company's complimentary moving truck available to us for the whole memorial day weekend, which enabled us to complete the move ourselves. He is such a genuinely good guy, I can honestly say in addition to finding our life-long home, our family has made a life-long friend.
