I called one day to repair my mother's air conditioner. They came the next morning and fixed it immediately. They weren't cheap but they did the job right away.

Excellent price. Excellent service. Excellent customer relations. Best price that beats the competition.

Everything went very well. I have no complaints and will use them again.
Previously I had another company quote me to fix a leaky faucet and was told it would cost me approximately $4,000 because they would break my sink and hardware in the job. I then called Star and they fixed the leaky faucet by replacing the cartridges without breaking anything! I was also quoted $400-600 by another company to swap out the condensate pump that Star installed today. They charged me $147 total since I obtained the condensate pump myself.

I called Star in the morning and told him I wanted a new water heater (my 28 year old unit had failed).  I told him the type of heater I had and he said his man would call when he was on the way.  I asked about the price and was quoted $1085 unless there were other problems like a failed shut off valve.  The plumber didn't call but he arrived at about 11:30 a.m.  He brought a new water heater with him and carried it to the location in the basement.  He removed the old heater and carried it out and took it with him. He showed me how to light it if should need to be relit.  He was friendly and professional.  I have had no problems with the unit nor the quality of installation.  I was charged the quoted price.
I have used this company for many years and this plumber has been over on a number of occasions.  He knows what he is doing and gets to the job without delay.  Real plumbers are not embarrassed to charge what they charge and the price is my only complaint.  But based on my past experience with other plumber outfits, I think their charges are in line.

It went well, except for having to pay that much just to have someone tell me it was the breaker, and that as the unit gets older this may happen more often.

What is most impressive is the timeliness of their response as I am not available much during the day. Both times even for non emergencies, Star scheduled the repairs for the next day, arrived promptly, dd the work quickly and efficiently.

When I called, they had time the same day to perform the work. The service person arrived on time, performed the work and charged exactly what they said they would.

They were very good. I had used them before and had stopped. The ones I hired after them did not do a good job so I hired Star Piping & Heating Co again. The price is standard.

They are very prompt and they've always done excellent, quality work.

Outstanding. He arrived in half an hour from the time we called. He looked the furnace over, made adjustments, advised us on its operation, and even helped us clean the furnace filters (while showing us how).

My experience with Star was excellent. The technician was A+ and I was able to pay them with a CC over the phone while I was at work. I will definitely call them again for future needs.

ART WAS EARLY AND VERY POLITE. WORKED VERY HARD TO SALVAGE THE EXISTING PART (AND WAS SUCCESSFUL) IN ORDER TO DEFRAY ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS. HE WAS NOT EXPECTING THE AMOUNT OF TIME THIS ACTUALLY TOOK, BUT DID HIS WORK JOYOUSLY.

THE SERVICE PERSON CALLED THE OFFICE ON HIS WALKIE TALKIE IN MY PRESENCE, AND THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE TOLD HIM TO IGNOR MY QUESTIONING ABOUT THE REPAIR HE ADVISED AND WAS VERY LUDE ABOUT IT! THE REPAIR THEY PERFORMED ACTUALLY REMOVED AND BY-PASSED A SAFETY DEVICE. IN THE 2ND CASE, THE REPAIRMAN ACTUALLY BLOCKED MY VIEW OF HIS REPAIR AND WAS VERY NASTY WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS. THE ONLY REASON I CALLED THEM AGAIN WAS THAT I FORGOT WHICH COMPANY ACTED THIS WAY. I ALSO MENTIONED THAT I NEEDED BOTH MY FURNACES CLEANED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK BUT NEVER DID.

THEY WERE CLOSE BY, SO THEY WERE HERE IN TEN MINUTES! VERY RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND EASY TO WORK WITH, GREAT WORK!
