The job went fine. They did their work. I decided to have them do additional work, so I paid a bit more. I didn't feel like I would get free advice, I would have to pay for it.

I'm sure he would work out fine for someone who needed him for a one time fix, but not for a small office situation when you need work completed in a more timely manner.
"This review was from a small business in Westchester. I did some work their computers, but for whatever reason the business owner immediately had an attitude with me. I got a feeling he was resentful of my age and positive outlook on life. He sent me many emails as high importance and expected immediate response even though I am not "on-call" or available for emergency service 24 hours a day. All my responses were timely expect for a short delay over Thanksgiving weekend where I was with family and was not available. Because trust is extremely important in my line of work, when I do not feel like my client and I have a healthy relationship and there is no resolve available, I am forced to recommend that they find a new service provider. I recommended just that to this person and I feel this review is in retaliation."
"I am sorry to see this review. :( It is my first poor review on Angie's List and I'm not sure why you decided to post this... these kinds of things can really hurt my business. First of all you were extremely pleased with my service and quick turn around during the day of the appointment. Second, I never received any questions from you after the work was performed and I would have quickly responded had I received one; keeping my clients happy is important to me. Lastly, yes, the router that you purchased through me was priced higher than in the stores. I do this because I build in a little bit of service time for sourcing and purchasing the router for you. Also, whenever a product is recommended and purchased on your behalf, I warranty it up to the manufacturer warranty at no additional charge. If you had a problem with the way that I charged you, I wish you had taken it up with me via email instead. I would have been happy to make the situation right. Please let me know if there is something I can do. I would greatly appreciate you revising your review if you think it is appropriate... like I said, these things can really hurt my business and this review is not inline with any of my other A rated reviews.
