The cost includes labor and parts. He was very punctual. He came when he said he would. He knew the product, gave me different options, and what kind of garbage disposals he has available and how long they would last. He installed it the same day and the project was done. So, I liked the promptness and the knowledge of the product.

He quoted me 3800 Dollars to do the job, and ultimately, we got the job done for 800 Dollars. I had no other contact with him outside of that. He presented himself adequately. The price putt me off. He was dressed appropriately, he was there when he said he was going to be, and there was some equipment that he could have brought but he said he didn't have it, or he forgot to bring it. He gave me the quote immediately.
