Tom was very punctual - right on time.  He determined the problem and quickly repaired it.  He did and excellent job.

The company was on time, professional and gave a fair price.

Todd was a real life saver for us! We had a big problem, a total blockage of our sewer line. Todd came to our home within about an hour of calling him and got right to work opening our line. It wasn't initially clear to any of us what was going on, but as the day progressed he found it. A few days earlier, we had a new fence installed. Well apparently the fence company drove a post through our sewer line and then filled the line with cement! It ended up being a 2 day job because he actually had to remove part of my sewer line, and the cement as well. He worked diligently for those 2 days to get us up and running asap. Todd also was a big help in helping me to recover the cost of the repair from the fence company by taking pictures of the damage and setting aside pieces of cement to show the fence company. I will definitely call Njall again for future plumbing needs.

They came out immediately in severe cold weather. They stayed nearly 2 hours until I was completely satisfied.

I had a previous estimate to install an outside clean out of close to $2,000. I thought this was excessive so I looked for other plumbers on Angie's List and called Njall Inc.  Todd promptly responded and gave me an estimate the same day.  He said it would be $850 and would give me an Angie's List discount of $100.  I asked for a routing explaining that previous routings involved over 120 feet.  He said he would do everything for $850.  I hired him on the spot and we set an appointment.  Todd arrived with Ray and they very professionally tackled the job.  The job turned out a little more complicated than expected but it was no problem for them to handle.  With the clean out installed they began the routing and found a tough blockage.  After several attempts they cleared it and continued to rout well beyond the distance any one else had ever gone.  They could have stopped there but they installed a larger cutter and did it all over again to make sure it was as clear as possible.  Everything was finished for the original estimate.  I have never had such a professional experience with a plumber and feel secure about my main line for the first time in years.  If I have any plumbing problem in the future I will call Todd.  I even asked him to call me next year for a maintenance routing. 

In August 2012 Njall cleaned out my home's connection to the main sewer line, from the house to the street using a power rod.  They cleaned a significant amount of tree roots from the line.

In Jan 2013 another portion of my home's drains were running slow and Njall returned to clean the line that connected that part of the house to the main sewer line.

I was very impressed with how timely they were. His punctuality was very important to me. He had to dig up my backyard by himself. He fixed everything himself in one day. I had the same thing done about ten years ago for three times the cost.

I was promised a visit, which never happened...no show...no call.  I called again and they were out within the hour.  The call lasted about 90 minutes because the job was done so thoroughly.  Todd was personable and professional.  I will definitely use Njall for all future sewer line problems and, based on this one experience, will consider them for all my plumbing needs.
