He also offered us advice on various plumbing situations we will encounter with our upcoming kitchen remodel. Additionally, (this may sound odd to some)Mr Sherlock arrives clean and well dressed not anything like many plumbers I have dealt with throughout the years who think nothing of wearing other people’s sewage on their clothes and shoes ? So pleased to get all these jobs done in a few hours.

We've used Michael before to rod out a clogged sink. I noticed there was a leak in a copper pipe leading to our hot water heater. Out of fear it would break, I called Michael yesterday afternoon. I explained my long work hours and he offered to come out at 7am today. He showed up right on time and gave me a price to fix the issue. Only took him about 45 min and everything was fixed. He's been in the buisness a long time and always has the answers to various plumbing questions I ask him when he's at the house. His number is on our fridge and he will continue to be my first call for any plumbing issues in the futre. While he might not be the cheapest option (I'm really not sure becuase he's been so great I don't call others), it seems reasonable and I'm happy to pay a little premium for knowing my issue is fixed the right way the first time.

Mr. Sherlock arrived on time, and had all the required parts and the new Rheem water heater. Although the old heater was heavy with deposits and undrainable water, he removed it neatly, and took it away for disposal. He relaced some old fittings and valves, and installed the new water heater. He also provided the documentation, and explained the operation of the pilot light and the controls. Also, he gives a full warranty not only for the heater, but also for his labor. He also replaced the cartridge and hose head of the kitchen faucet. He was also very neat, and did not make a mess.

Mr. Sherlock returned my phone call the same day I called, came the next day, and fixed two difficult leaks within 45 minutes. He cleaned up the work area, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very professional.

I will say that everything turned out great. The man was in and out of here with no problems at all. The faucet works just fine now and I have no complaints at all. They were very professional. The charge for this was quite reasonable. I do not recall exactly what I was charged, but I do feel that I got what I paid for.

I appreciate that he is always punctual and professional. It is nice that I can depend on him to get the job done right the first time. I have also had him do some work for my mother and he did a good job for her too.
