Mark has done numerous jobs for us. He is very detail oriented and communicated clearly about his schedule and the materials needed for the job. Most recently he redid our 2 bathrooms that needed new floor tile, vanities and toilets. He did a great job. Previously he had done our tile backsplash in our kitchen. He had also done some painting and drywall repair. He has repaired our deck that had a few boards that needed to be replaced as well as adding a new coat of stain. He and Erin have removed old wallpaper so the walls could be painted. Very knowledgable!

Mark has upgraded/remodeled 2 bathrooms, including new whirlpool tub, tile and marble and new vanities and paint. He has also tiled 2 bedrooms in the basement with a woodgrain looking tile and made a walk in closet and paint. He has installed new windows in a kitchen and bedroom and a new front door. He has also completed numerous repairs in my kitchen basement and deck. Highly recommend Mark Tile & Installation for all of your upgrade/remodeling/carpentry/painting/handyman needs.

Mark was a gentleman's name he was very professional and courteous The job he had done for us was remarkable he did exactly what I wanted not only did he do a great job but he was time efficient as well. We needed to have our master bedroom shower completely redone. Mark's estimate and proximity to our residence made him our top choice. Mark and his associate Erin were very professional and prompt. They included us on all aspects of the job. Mark is a bit of a perfectionist which makes him a great person for any job! All his work was on time and on budget and most importantly my shower turned out beautifully! I would hire him again in an instant.

Mark listens to our project to understand our needs. He also contributes his opinion and point out the pro and con of our ideas to improve the project. His estimate is well reasonable compare with other contractors Mark understands the job and has a good knowledge of building material . He always uses high quality materials for the job. Each day before starting the job, Mark explained to us the steps he and Erin were going to perform during the day. Mark and Erin always keep the site clean and safe by the end of the day. Mark and Erin are friendly and easy to work with. He loves his job and put customer satisfaction above money. He and Erin never hesitates to work extra job which are not included in the initial contract. Mark and Erin completes such extra job with pleasure without asking for extra pay. During 2 week project when Mark and Erin were remodeling our bathroom, each early morning when Mark and Erin stepped into your house, they brought energy, smile and friendship to your family. Exceptionally well. Project took over 10 weeks because of its magnitude and was completed three weeks earlier than planned. The crew was very knowledgeable and very hard working and anticipated our needs and next steps. Crew very polite and nice to work with.

I've used Mark's Tile for multiple jobs over the last 7 years. When Mark does a bathroom, he does it all: tile, toilet, shower/tub/stall, painting, trim, sink, cabinetry, mirrors, doors. He's not afraid to offer suggestions for products he's had success with, and they turn out to work fabulously! There's no worry about cleaning up after he's done: he ALWAYS makes sure that every bit & piece gets picked up. Left tile or mud dust on the driveway? He makes sure it gets washed down, even if it has to be by hand because your hose spigot doesn't work! Prices are uber-reasonable, and payment for work is as standard throughout the industry. He is prompt with return calls and texts, and is always ready to answer any question I have. Mark's Tile has been doing this work for a long time, and it shows in the quality of the work. Company was very thorough and clean... it was like they were never there once the work was done. Finished job was beautiful.
