The work was done on time and the sofa looks beautiful.

Jaime, the owner, was able to find the discontinued Sunbrella matching fabric--i knew the name and had fabric number! I had made many calls with no luck, and she found some in just three calls. I bought every yard she found (4.5), just in case, for future issues! She told me repairs would probably take 3 to 4 weeks. How exciting to get a call two weeks after dropping them off that they were done! Look great, feel great, can't wait to use them.

We were shown many, many beautiful fabric samples in a range of prices. The assistant was sensitive to our color and fabric choices, as well as to our budget. We chose a lovely fabric (after rejecting another fabric as being too expensive) and left the store satisfied. A few days later, we received a call from the owner -- the fabric we had chosen was no longer available, but she offered to recover the chair with our second-choice (more expensive!!) fabric for the original, lower price.
We were thrilled, and were thrilled again when we picked up the chair two weeks later. La Grange Upholstery did a beautiful, professional job with our precious heirloom, and we couldn't be more pleased. I've never seen it look better -- the chair may last another 100 years!

Brought the chair in for an estimate and to choose a fabric. The associate who assisted us showed fabric in a range of prices, which came in handy, because we later got a call telling us that the fabric we chose was no longer being made. The owner offered to upholster the piece with a more expensive fabric, one that we had discussed initially but rejected due to price.
My only wish was that we had been contacted when the piece was finished, rather than having to call and check.

I thought they were extemely professional. They came and picked up my couch and delivered all wrapped in plastic, within a week. It looks fantastic and brand new.

LaGrange Upholstery was the best experience I've ever had. I knew it was going to be a tough job. They came out to give me an estimate the same day I called, and after looking at the material I purchased and giving me an estimate, I decided to contract them to do the work. The representative who came asked if she could take the chairs that evening. They called a week later to deliver the chairs on a Friday at 5:30pm. At exactly 5:30pm they were at the door. They had stuffed the seats and backs and polished the wood. My chairs looked better than new. They are the best!!

My experience with them was good because the work was high quality, pretty fast turn around. Also they picked up and delivered the chairs. They were good about staying on schedule and keeping appointments.

I brought the chair in. They gave me an immediate quote and as I had the fabric, I left it. They quoted 3 weeks to finish it, but called after a week and said it was complete. When I went to pick it up, I did not like one part of the cording so left it to be redone. They called in 2 days and it was complete. They delivered it at no charge within the week. The chair looks great and the price was reasonable.

Although I chose to use fabric that I already owned, I was impressed by the selection in the shop. They have hundreds of choices from several manufacturers. The staff was extremely efficient and professional. And the workmanship is outstanding. My chairs look beautiful!
