Lawn Tool Repair
I WON'T GO BACK. NO ONE TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A PART AND THAT IT COULDN'T BE PICKED UP ON THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY AS PROMISED. MY FRIEND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR STATUS TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD BE READY. WE GOT TO THE STORE AND THEY WEREN'T READY AT ALL. MY PART STILL HADN'T COME. I DID GET MY MOWER BACK AND IT WORKS FINE. IT'S THE LACK OF GOOD COMMUNICATION THAT WILL KEEP ME FROM DOING BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. I ALSO FOUND OUT I COULD HAVE HAD THE SERVICES DONE BY SOMEBODY ELSE FOR LESS MONEY, WITH PICK UP AND DELIVERY.
