I'd give them "A's" across the board. I would use them again. They always send 2 persons with a truck. They moved my furniture.

Jonathan was efficient and knowledgeable about his trade. He thoroughly treated all areas and created perfect caulk lines. Only time will tell what kind of protection we received, however, we are optimistic.

They cleaned all of the carpeting in my house; Office, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, 3 steps and hallway, 3 bedrooms, and 2 walk in closets. They cleaned the main area and moved small but not large furniture. 2 rooms were cleaned for free under a special sale. So I was happy with the price but definitely need to schedule this during sales since I am retired.
The carpeting turns out looking like new, it smells wonderful and is soft the to touch. Perhaps the best part is that it is not drenched with chemicals. I don't worry about my small dog being on chemicals nor do I worry about us having to breathe them. James and Sam were careful to protect my newly painted walls.

It went very well. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. We have had other services does these areas and they were in and out in an hour. Haugland took a couple of hours and it was quite obvious that they were thorough.

I had no trouble with scheduling. It was coordinated well and the work was done well. Once you build a custom home, it's good to have a provider that can do maintenance and we appreciate that they can provide that service.

They are professional. They are punctual. They are superior to any carpet cleaning company that I have ever used. They do good treatments of all the stains. The system that they use actually lifts the carpet and makes it look brand new.

Everything went very well. I called and spoke to a very pleasant woman to set up the appointment to come out in a week or so. They gave me about an hour window that they would be there and they also called to let me know how close they were the day of the appointment, which I really appreciated. The gentlemen were punctual and polite. They hooked up and got to work. The carpet looks great, (even for as old as it is). They got some very stubborn spots out too. The couch and love seat came out just beautifully! They were over due for a cleaning and I was really impressed by how great they looked! They included 2 throw pillows per couch in the price. Drying time was given as 6 - 8 hours, as it was a cooler day, and couldn't have the windows open. They charge extra for moving furniture you might want cleaned under, which we didn't have done; we only moved the chairs out of the dinning room.
