Andy's techs are all different. For spraying spiders and bugs, I've had their services the last few years, and they're great! $130 x3=$390 which is on the expensive side, but effective. Lately, I've asked them for a mouse service, because I've had mice inside my house, garage, attic, and outside in my a/c and comcast box that past 13 yrs. The tech he sent out baited 2 large outdoor boxes with Snicker's bar and click traps. The next month he came out to retrieve the corpses and told me, look you have animals outside. He then put regular bait into these two outside boxes and told me $85 4x a year to control mice only outside. I asked if he could look for and seal openings on the perimeter and bottom of the house (I can see possible places they are getting into the house) and check inside the house and bait for possible mice inside. He looked briefly inside the house and declared it an outside only problem. He said he sees no outside places to seal. When I asked Andy, the owner, to send out a different tech (he has at least 20 working for him), he got mean with me and would not do that. He told me I'm lying re what the tech did or did not do (weird, as I'm a teacher and who lies re mice?). Ironically, my new pest mgmt company found only old bait inside my basement from when I set it around 10 yrs ago (not edible for mice anymore) and happily sealed my outside openings for far less. This means Andy's tech (from Grizz) did not even check anywhere inside my house or replace bait or replace boxes inside, as he was supposed to do. I had another instance where I asked Grizz to remove a wasp nest on the roof where the garage roof met my house roof because I was having new gutters installed the following week. His tech stared at my roof from standing in my yard for 10 min and then said he does not remove wasp nests and anyways, it was an inactive nest. The gutter guys knocked it down for me. So, with this company, it depends on which tech you get and their services are expensive. $200 for ant control, $390 (spring, summer, fall) for spraying for spiders, and I paid $310 for a type of mouse control that I really don't like doing since they're killing everything outside that happens to wander into the boxes. If I had their outside boxes indefinitely, it would have cost me $85x4 a year ($340) but only if I continued with the outside spraying since Andy explained it was a package deal.
