Great response to original phone call- referral from major company. Brian called to check on door and then called us to confirm he would deliver. On installation date he arrived on time. He worked with another person-also a nice guy. They completed the installation and checked with us to confirm all minor adjustments were made to the door frame. The door looks beautiful !! We are very happy with his work and would recommend him to our friends.

I made a mistake in assuming that my friend would hire someone with good skills and integrity. After I removed the tiles, June 17, the professional work began. The plaster walls were unable to be saved, so were torn out. The cement floor with tiles had a crack in it so needed to be taken out and replaced before the new tile could installed. Brian explained that the windows needed to be taken out in order for him to more easily get material in and out. OK, but the windows worked before he did this, and afterwards they did not. Brian told me I needed to replace the vinyl tilt liner. Now the bottom window does not work. After the contractor and plumber (who I also will need to pay) did their work, Brian installed and prepared walls, purchased tile (which I had wanted to do, but he said the boxes would be in his way), and tiled. He took it upon himself to paint because he could do it "fast". He reinstalled the toilet and medicine cabinet (not the sink).
