I contacted Brian by email about doing the kitchen for me. I explained that I lived out of state and would be supervising most of the job long distance. We agreed to meet while I was in town to get the process started. I liked Brian right away. I know that sounds like a silly reason to hire someone (and it isn't the only reason) but I needed to feel comfortable with having him in my home while I wasn't in town. We worked out a design for the cabinetry and the type of materials we would be using on the job. He agreed to work up an estimate and email it to me. I received his job quote within a couple of days. It was very fair and very specific. Brian faxed me a contract which I signed and faxed back to him. The job started the very next week. Brian is a very good carpenter. We had some issues with the cabinets that I wanted to use. He was able to make adjustments and improvements to keep the job running smoothly.He installed laminate flooring that looks wonderful. I wanted natural stone contertops done a certain way and he was able to layout the design and complete the work like asked. Brian was very careful with all of the materials. He cleaned up the space at the end of each day. We had phone conversations weekly so I felt comfortable with his work and the progress of the job. We met at the condo the last week of the job for a final walk through and payment. I am thrilled with my new kitchen. Brian was wonderful to work with and very good at what he does. I would hire him again and strongly recommend him to my friends and family.

Brian was always mindful of our budget situation and provided us with excellent work. He made accommodations for us to stay within this budget. He was very professional. He covered floors and cleaned up as work progressed.

Brian returned all phone calls in a timely manner. He arrived when he said he would and was always pleasant and polite. I felt completely comfortable leaving him in my home--even when I went away for a weekend. His work was competent and neat.
