This was our second inspection with Stan Sawa and both were handled wonderfully. He was prompt, thorough, extremely courteous, explained everything he was doing, answered questions, provided detailed recommendations for how to handle issues that came up, and generally made us very comfortable with understanding the condition of the home we were buying (or in the case of the first home, not buying).

Stanley was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Mary Sawa handled the preliminary phone calls and scheduling; she was also helpful and easy to work with. I would use this company again.

The experience was excellent and we were very satisfied. Stan is extremely knowledgeable. All aspects of the arrangements and inspection were conducted in the best professional manner, and Stan was right on time. His fee was very reasonable given the amount of time and work involved. Most of the owners followed him around during the inspection, and he kept up a steady conversation explaining things and answering questions as he went along. Stan was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything fully, clearly and patiently in terms that could be understood by all. Afterwards he provided us with a written narrative report of his findings, which also included estimated ranges of repair/replacement cost. He also offers post-inspection phone consultations about the items noted in the inspection and help in evaluating bids for work arising from them at no additional charge. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced professional home inspector.
