"I am very grateful for the feedback from this client. We work very hard for our all our customers and set our company standards very high. We are always available for our customer, gladly assisting them with questions, and long after the job has been completed. Unfortunately, this customer was going through a lot of stressful moments at the time of the two-day installation, with planning a wedding and then a sudden family death just before the wedding, and I was so very sympathetic to her circumstances. I did not detect any conflict and felt I had a very satisfied customer. We primarily worked with the husband at all times during the installation and he was extremely generous with his compliments. They were both complimentary after the job was completed and paid us promptly."
