PETE WAS ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK FOR A REASONABLE COST. HE HAD AND APPOINTMENT FOR THE PREVIOUS WEEK BUT WHEN A CURRENT JOB WENT OVER TIME HE CALLED PROMPTLY TO RESCHEDULE MY WORK.
