Our A/C died last summer for our third floor, and the place was starting to feel like a furnace on hot days. We contacted three companies to come out and give a quote. They were great when they arrived: masked appropriately, bringing their own booties, they took a look, made some measurements, and sent out quotes for a variety of options. Giovanni was thoroughly professional, very informative, and honestly just came across as a genuinely nice guy.(One of the other companies didn't even bother to send a quote...) Life got busy, and fixing the A/C got pushed to the back burner. When I contacted Giovanni again, he came right back out (even though it is nearly July and they are MUCH busier,) let the previous quote stand, didn't argue with our choosing just to do the A/C instead of also doing the furnace, and got us scheduled for two days later on the weekend (as they were booked up during the week until the middle of July.) So, as a Father's Day present, I got a new A/C installed. Nice! They showed up early, put down tarp on the stairs, were overall quiet enough that the baby sleeping in the room below where they were working didn't wake up, and finished right on schedule. I will definitely be using them for our heating/cooling needs in the future. Honestly, you probably should, too!

They arrived early, were very polite, and quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. We would definitely use them again.

Used for a parents faulty AC and called them right back for my own a week later. Will used them again in the fall for furnace inspection.

He came in, assessed the problem, and corrected the angles of the vents that went outside. This solved the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the systems works. He was competent and pleasant to work with.

We used Kat's before to install kitchen vent and to do maintenance on hvac.  This time we needed a water heater and bathroom vents.  Gio is honest, effective, and efficient.  He understood I was on a budget and worked to accommodate me without cutting any corners. I would highly recommend Kat's to friends and family.

Kats Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by a friend who said they were incredibly reputable and reliable.  He was right! I was impressed from the moment Giovanni, the owner, stepped into my doorway.  He placed foot covers on his shoes which I had never experienced before. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in explaining and showing me what he did prior to closing up the unit.  I was also made aware that my igniter was showing wear, so if there were any issues with the furnace in the future, it would most likely be that.  Overall it was a 5 star experience, and I would highly recommend this company!
