He came out the next morning at 10am sharp as promised and installed rollers, vacuumed all the lint out of the bottom and dryer works like new, I thought it was shot for sure. he was also nice enough to change the lights on my over-the-stove microwave and reset my fridge filter when I asked him to change because light was flashing. Not only was he nice and the price was right he's a local independent that works with his son. Think globally, shop locally. :)

My dryer was not heating, so I called A-Okay after finding them on Angie's List.  He was able to come over within an hour and look at my dryer.  He was very thorough with the diagnosis, fixed the problem and said that I should be good for another 15 years.  A-Okay will be my new go-to for appliance repairs.

Responded quickly to my call and scheduled the same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part in his truck. Our fridge was running again in an hour, which is much more cost effective than buying a new one.

The repairman determined that the microwave needed a new fan. He tried to locate one, but there was none to be had, so he didn't charge me for this visit.

It went fine. Dan was professional, experienced and efficient time-wise. The problem is he charged me $140 for 45 minutes of labor and the replacement of a part which costs $32 on the web. That means about $100 for 45 minutes of labor!! He was good but at that price I don't know if I'll ever have back A-Okay Repair to fix my appliances - I can't afford that! He also mentioned something of a coupon discount he gave me but he never mentioned anything about that on the call or on arrival. So, was that something he was 'throwing in' to make me feel like I'm getting a deal?
