I had been calling around for quotes on a new bathroom vanity. When I called this company, I talked to three different people who acted like they had no idea what I was asking for. Really? You don't understand what a bathroom vanity is? They kept transferring me to different departments. After the third transfer, I just hung up and decided on a different company. If they don't know what I am talking about on an initial phone call, I am going to take my business and my money elsewhere.
