Woltil's Plumbing Htg A C

Not so good. He was a wonderful salesman and was very nice when selling it all to me. I was concerned about the ac not being able to cool upstairs of my 2 story home as others had warned me it would be much warmer so I specifically asked him about this and he guaranteed me if I bought this Lennox a/c it would only be 3 degree or less difference in upstairs temperature from down stairs temp. I hired him. They installed it all and the furnace worked great! However when it got warm enough to use the a/c I was not happy as the upstairs was so much warmer it did not feel like I had any a/c upstairs. I called and they told me run the blower all the time, that didn't work so then they told me to turn it down more till upstairs was comfortable. I tried that and then it was so cold you froze downstairs unless you wore a coat. They refused to fix it and stopped accepting my calls and did not honor the " great service" they told me I would get with them. I had to hire a different heating and air company to come fix my new ac installation to make it cooler upstairs as Wolters broke their word and did not honor our contract. Waltils took out all the cold air vents and did not put any back which was the problem according to thnew company. The new company ran a return vent from down stairs to upstairs and added some ceiling vents to the 2nd story. That made it comfortable to sleep upstairs although it was still a little warmer than down stairs as they told me it always would be unless I put an ac unit in the attic for the upstairs. I was satisfied with it now as kept upstairs comfortable and cool enough so we could sleep. The product of Lennox ac and furnace quality is an A, but the quality of installation was a F. I would never hire them again as I should not of had to hire a company to fix my new a/c not even 6 months old.
