Fenner Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa

My experience from start to finish was wonderful and I am delighted with the results. I had been thinking about getting a lower facelift for some time. I did research and chose to consult with three plastic surgeons. When I met Dr. Fenner, his calm, understanding, professional and confident manner put me at ease. He described the surgical process in detail and then patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He also described the risks and complications that could happen. In addition to surgical treatment, alternative treatments were mentioned as options. I never felt pressured. His nurses and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The price was clear upfront. The follow-up was also a positive experience. Because my skin did not heal quickly, I came in for many post-op visits. There was never an extra charge. Dr. Fenner and his staff were always helpful and kind. My skin is now healed and I can really appreciate Dr. Fenner's skill and workmanship. People who I haven't seen in a while, tell me I look great but can't figure out why. When I tell them, they are genuinely surprised because it looks so natural!

After my breast lift I had rinkles on top of my breasts, the nipples were uneven.  Arms turned out ok.  It had been a 1 1/2 years ago and the scares are still very noticeable.  My tummy tuck was awful: my upper stomach is more out then my bottom stomach.  Before the surgery I was nice and flat.  I just needed some skin tightened but he said he would make me more flat if I had my muscles tightened.  Now I look very starnge.  I hate myself.  To correct my nipples and wrinkles on my breasts he gave me second surgery.  The nipples look little better but the wrinkles are still there.  I lost my feeling on one side around my nipple. I was still not happy and he said "if I dont like it there is the door".

He kind of broke everything down for me and just walked me through the process because it wasn't such a great time in my world. His staff is professional, pretty awesome, and thoughtful.

I sough out Dr Fenner after failed implant reconstruction elsewhere. Dr Fenner's repair made me look completely different. Importantly, I returned to normal posture in days, something which had hurt me for months. Conversations with Dr Fenner and his staff were kind and informative; calls were returned within 30 mins. Additional care and follow up during the next phases of reconstruction showed the same combination of fierce intelligence, careful analysis of the problem, and compassion. I would unreservedly recommend him to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon, and especially for breast reconstruction/ nipple reconstruction. What makes him stand out in my experience is that unlike with some physicians, I did not need to read and analyze everything during the process, as he is very precise and focused, with an intelligent team of nurses and PAs. In other words, I could relax and trust the care plan while he asked me about my wishes for surgery, which in the end turned out very well.

He is very good! He does excellent work and his clinical skills are very good. He is easy to talk, communicates well and is well-organized. His staff is nice and easy to work with. He is a real busy guy!

He doesn't give up. He is probably one of the premier plastic surgeons. He is just not cosmetic and he also does health related plastic surgeries too. This man has seen me as late as 10 o'clock at night and as early as 6 o'clock in the morning. He really cares about you. He has no ego. I would use him again and I have recommended him too.

Dr. Fenner came very highly recommended, and I was never disappointed. First, Dr. Fenner is highly devoted to his patients - he met with me on Saturdays, at 6 am and 8 pm. The day after my surgery, he was at the hospital by 5:30 to check on my progress! Yes, that's am. I had no complications, but I believe that was at least in part because his staff had anticipated so many of the things that might/could happen and informed me about how to handle them. I have sent others to him with both serious and superficial needs, and everyone is not only pleased but very impressed with his work.

It is a very beautiful facility and they have a very nice atmosphere. They are very thorough and professional. They are available a lot. I just pay when I go.

Dr. Fenner recommend the right procedures, his staff was very helpful and I was delighted with the results.

His manner is gentle and unassuming. I thought i would feel uncomfortable, but I felt supported and respected by both Dr Fennef and his clinic staff. The surgery is far more painful than I realized beforehand, and recovery took longer. He did say I would be able to hold my baby comfortably after 3 weeks, and that was simply untrue. It took at least twice that long, if not longer. Not sure he understood the physics of carrying a baby. I would ecommend that anyone considering the surgery do so either before or WELL after having a baby.

He is very compassionate and very professional. There was an issue with the insurance and coding. He was very helpful and informative during that entire process.
